We create an effective balance between formal (classroom) and informal (workplace) learning with technology-enabled access to make sure that learning is available whenever and wherever it is required.
Everyone has a learning plan. It aligns their own development with the needs of their part of the business, laying the foundations for mutual success.
We also make full use of the best business schools and specialist external providers.
When new needs come up and we don’t have anything to meet them, we look at it as an opportunity to supplement our curriculum and bolster our resources.
