Threadneedle offers a wide range of schemes for outstanding and innovative graduates that will enable you to gain the necessary skills required to excel in your role. Each scheme lasts two years and is inclusive of the Investments, Distribution, I.T services, Risk, Service Management and Investment Reporting and Information Services teams.
