Now we’re looking to add up to 130 talented graduates to our UK team, from Software Engineers to Finance, RF Engineers to Business Management. Whether you join us in a specific engineering role or follow a rotational programme in business or finance, your development will be underpinned by our four-year Graduate Development Programme (GDP). This will give you a broad base of training, real responsibility from the outset, exposure to leading-edge projects and a thorough insight into our fascinating business. We’re looking for self-confident and flexible team players with a flair for innovation, analysis, problem solving, planning and organising. A 2:1 degree or equivalent is usually required, although a 2:2 is sufficient for some engineering roles.
