Whilst other firms could turn you into a good lawyer, we're resolved to turn you into a great lawyer who's also a highly impressive business person. Over the course of two years, you will complete four six-month 'seats'. One of these might be abroad and, given the nature of our firm, it's likely that two will be in the following corporate focused areas: Finance, Equity Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Private Funds and Venture Capital.
