We recognise that our graduates are individuals with different goals and aspirations. That’s why our flexible framework permits you to explore different placements in a two year period. Our aim is to provide an insight into how the business is structured and how it operates through a variety of roles.
Whatever your position, from the outset, you will be given responsibilities that directly affect the success of our business.
You will have the opportunity to learn from operational, sales and international professionals with a wide range of skills and experience, and will be assigned both a mentor and a buddy. After a comprehensive induction, you will have access to a wide range of learning and development activities and you may also be given the opportunity to obtain a relevant professional qualification.
Locations and Placements:
As part of the Parcelforce Worldwide Graduate Programme, placements are arranged to meet business requirements, and are tailored to fit the individual needs of each graduate. Parcelforce Worldwide headquarters is in Milton Keynes, however we do expect our graduates to be fully flexible in terms of location as placements could be anywhere in the country.
Placements will be across the three functions listed below:
Operations: Parcelforce Worldwide operate a hub and spoke system with 53 depots across the UK and two state of the art hubs in Coventry, one for the UK and the other for international.
Sales: Our sales staffs are the voice of the customer, and as such influence the development of products as well as how they are sold.
International: Delivering to 99.6% of the world’s population, Parcelforce Worldwide is part of a leading ground based European delivery network with 23 partners in 30 countries. We provide access to the worlds largest delivery network covering 240 countries and territories worldwide
