Reed, the Recruitment and HR consultancy, Welfare to Work and training provider is currently recruiting high-calibre graduates to join our industry leading Graduate Training Scheme. The Reed Graduate Training Scheme is an integral part of our future strategy and has produced four Managing Directors and numerous senior managers.

The scheme is comprised of three year-long placements, and you will begin your career with Reed in an operational role. This means working as either a Recruitment Consultant in one of our Reed Specialist Recruitment offices, or as a Telesales Executive for reed.co.uk the UK's largest jobsite. This experience will give you a solid foundation to build a long-term career upon and will also help you develop a number of highly transferable skills. In your second and third years opportunities may be available in Charity Management, Welfare to Work, HR Consultancy, Training and Development, as well as with Reed Learning our highly regarded training provider. Some Graduates decide that they would like to work in one of our support functions in their second year and undertake placements in areas such as Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and IT.
Alongside being given responsibility from day one Reed will also invest in your future by sponsoring you to study towards a professional qualification, providing a structured induction and training programme, and ensuring that you receive one-on-one mentoring from a Director.
