As the world’s leading specialist insurance market, Lloyd’s handles some of today’s toughest and most complex risks – like hurricanes, terrorism, cyber-crime and political unrest. In fact, organisations, governments and individuals in more than 200 countries and territories rely on Lloyd’s expertise.
Our 18-month graduate programme offers a series of placements throughout the Corporation of Lloyd’s and the market it oversees. You’ll experience and influence many different aspects of what Lloyd’s does – from business strategy and underwriting through to market operations. You’ll also work with and learn from highly intelligent and experienced people, gaining a unique view of Lloyd’s, the global insurance industry and business in general.
Our work is influenced by fluctuations in world events, which means constant training and development are crucial. We’ll sponsor you to achieve your Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII) Diploma in Insurance. You’ll learn to manage projects, increase your commercial awareness and make a direct impact. We’ll also develop your ability to communicate, influence and present, and work closely with you to increase your personal effectiveness. The generalist nature of our scheme means that we can take a tailored approach to your development.
Our programme is designed to test the very best. We are open to any graduate who has or is expecting a 2:1 in any discipline.
