What we're looking for

We’re looking for future leaders. So, to apply to our Graduate Leadership Programme or ten-week Internship, you should be proactive, with plenty of initiative and ambition. A confident networker, you should have the ability to adapt to change, to influence others and to put your ideas into action. You’ll also need a minimum 2:1 degree (expected or obtained)
