The purpose of the training contract is to give trainees a mix of experience and skills that will set you up in a legal career as a solicitor with Kennedys. The two years are split into four six months seats. Trainees can spend a seat in each of our divisions: company commercial, insurance/reinsurance, liability and workplace, getting the opportunity to work with clients from a variety of industries.
