Our international two year programme is designed to give you immediate hands-on exposure, gaining on the job training from highly-respected professionals including Claims Handlers, Underwriters, Actuaries and Risk Modellers. You will not spend your time moving from department to department; instead you’ll be doing real work within your allocated team. The programme consists of three secondments, two of which will be based in your home country and one international secondment to an office in the US, Bermuda, the UK or Europe.
