The Highways Agency is an Executive Agency of the Department for Transport (DfT), and is responsible for operating, maintaining and improving the strategic road network in England on behalf of the Secretary of State for Transport. We manage traffic, tackle congestion, inform road users, improve safety, minimise adverse impact on the environment and more.
Our Graduate Leadership Development Scheme is designed to develop and deliver those leaders into all areas of our business. We need both engineers and generalists, recent graduates and graduates who have some work experience.
